If You're Considering Joining M.G.B.T.
We are delighted to have new members. But please read what we are about and decide if our goals and values are aligned with how you see mentalism.
The majority of interaction and exchange of information and ideas takes place in our FORUM.
There are only TWO RULES for membership in the Forum:
Rule ONE: BE NICE. We love debate and welcome a free exchange of ideas. No personal attacks. This is a drama-free place for gentlemen and gentlewomen who simply want to elevate the art of their mentalism.
Rule TWO: Respect the confidentiality of what you read, and learn here. Members feel completely free to share because they trust in the integrity of the other people here.
They trust you...you trust them. It works. (Honest.)
There is no REQUIREMENT for any member to post or take part in discussions. We have a lot of lurkers...and that's fine.
People learn and share at their own pace. But this is, by design, a safe place to bring your ideas and your questions. There are full time full time pros here...there are part timers...there are also amateurs and hobbyists. The common factor: we are all committed mentalists.
That means two things.
First: There are no foolish questions...not one. If you have a question ASK. Someone will have an answer or suggestion for you. If you have a routine idea you want to kick around, bring it.
Second: We don't care how many members we have. We care much more about the quality of each member.
If all of the above describes you...and you agree with what's above let's get started.
Welcome to a special corner of the internet where mentalists come to hone their skills, share ideas and learn from each other and some of the best in the business.
The Mind Gems Brain Trust isn't for everyone. It's not supposed to be. We only want members who are serious about mentalism and getting better at what they do.
When you join, we ask that you introduce yourself in our Forum. Tell us something about who you are, the things you are interested in and the kind of information you would like to discuss.
There is no membership fee to belong here. Why is that? Because we aren't about making money.
We are about professional and ethical mentalism.
What resources do we offer?
